i began a new collage this afternoon. in the spirit of rock people 1, i will go slow & it will remain as is until tomorrow morning. thus far, there are 2 small collaged elements; the green and pink calligraphic marks, cut out from one of my warm up exercises based on 11th c. chinese masters.
as with yesterday's rock people, these collaged elements introduce the random, breaking up the drawn forms and their predictability while suggesting unexpected biomorphic events.
