studio playday, 25x25” oil on portrait linen, as she looked at the end of my painting day today
12:42 PM: yesterday afternoon i sketched in the drawing for what has become studio playday, 25x25” oil on portrait linen. this morning i begun applying oil colors in what i would describe as a playful spirit.
the red snake is a result of my experience on june 16th, when i spotted a beautifully patterned snake just outside my studio door.
