2:41 PM: i painted over the two works i had started yesterday and the day before. they are gone, so you won’t find them anywhere. gone.

mid morning, atfre my coffee and smoothie making, i was moved to paint over the crestone creekscape i started yesterday. i looked over towards my fridge and there was mikela, at work on her educational project.

she became the focal point of what i strated painting, going over the fresh, still wet pinkish layer i painted over yesterdays pathetic creekscape. i stopped, as always, when my energy went flat. we’ll see here she goes tomorrow.

earlier this morning, i made changes to a 2025 gouache/collage, which you see below.
