12:35 PM: this morning i went into yesterdays drawing on stretched portrait linen with oil colors. as always, i stopped when the juice ran out and since then have been pondering whether or not to leave it as is. and i just now decide in favor of doing exactly that!
when you’ve got the juice, go with it. when it fades, stop.
