i went continued work on lorem ipsum today, using white acrylic paint and collaged paper with scattered, plein-air-inspired marks in graphite and crayon. this lightened the composition considerably, allowing ones fantasy to engage and create known or imagined entities. but it's not yet resolved...
as has been the case over the past few months, discoveries made while painting outdoors at the arroyo immediately found their way into todays work, while the sounds and smells of the arroyo and my kinesthetic responses were still fresh.
