i started work on kefalonia today, after completing revisions on rainy lake (on the right below) this morning. there is a clear relationship between the two, which once again illustrates the "leap frog" effect: what i discover in the smaller collages shows up in the larger ones on canvas, and vice versa. continuity....working daily, is critical of this process to unfold. i've seen, however that being away for a few days also helps clear the windows of perception.
as i was photographing kefalonia & moving it into position on the easel, it fell on my head, which hurts like hell.
